The LXK6626 is a high-power, high-gain 802.11b/g/n/ac WLAN power amplifier (PA) for 2.4~2.5GHz frequency band. The device provides a low EVM (Error-Vector Magnitude) of 3% at 26dBm and a low EVM (Error-Vector Magnitude) of 1.8% at 23dBm by single voltage 5V. The device provides a low EVM (Error-Vector Magnitude) of 3% at 22dBm and a low EVM (Error-Vector Magnitude) of 1.8% at 19dBm by single voltage 3.3V. The device is internally matched to 50 Ohms at the input and the output can be easily matched to obtain optimum power.
